COVID-19 EU passenger rights regulations

#60 - The European Commission commented on passenger rights
yesterday and clarified them. There is usually compensation if
the flight is canceled within 2 weeks, but the corona virus
declares almost all flight cancellations to be “exceptional
circumstances”.
