Simulationspersonen in der medizinischen Ausbildung

Was haben Schauspieler und Schauspielerinnen mit der
medizinischen Ausbildung zu tun? Wir sprechen in dieser Folge mit
Ulf Goerges, dem Leiter des Simulationspersonenprogramms der
Universität Oldenburg und Anke Ruge, die seit zwei Jahren als
Schauspielerin im Programm mitarbeitet. Im Modellstudiengang
Humanmedizin werden Simulationspersonen von Beginn des Studiums
an als wichtiger Baustein des Kommunikationstrainings eingesetzt.
Unsere Gäste erzählen von ihren Erfahrungen und den
Herausforderungen, die die realistische Simulation von
Patientenreaktionen mit sich bringt. Außerdem diskutieren wir,
wie Studierende in verschiedenen Lehrszenarien Feedback von den
Simulationspersonen erhalten und ihre klinischen Fähigkeiten,
Empathie und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Patient*innen
schulen können.
