playbook. But every time you go into a situation, it's a unique
situation so you're gonna have to tweak and make changes to that
playbook to adjust, if you will, for the company that you're in,
the market that you're in, the product that you're selling, etc.”
Chad: "You have to be focused on the long-term
and building out world class sales organizations. This recruiter
has to be focused on exactly that. If they're focused on
transactions, if they're focused on fees and you and you can
figure this out really quickly, what their objectives are, their
objective has to be your objective."
