VEGCAST 93 - ALL-VEGAN IN PHILLY

Vegcast 93 is a supersized panel discussion among the owners of two
new all-vegan establishments in Philadelphia, Grindcore House and
Blackbird Pizzeria, both of which opened around South Philly within
the past few months. The conversation focuses on the ethics and
economics of running niche eateries on an all-vegan basis. There is
a song by Laura Theodore, the Jazzy Vegetarian, and a Science Fact
about omega-3 fats in people who do not eat fish. We also have a
special comment on a recent vegan-blogger controversy.
