GU Ailing Eileen is her official name on the Olympic start list
for freestyle skiing. American-born but representing China - she
is one to look out for ahead of the Winter Olympic Games. 2021
has been epic for her and included her becoming the first rookie
to win three medals at X Games.


Away from the snow, the 18-year-old appeared on the cover of
Vogue, went to the Met Gala, and got accepted to her dream
college of Stanford. Ash Tulloch spoke to her about her
incredible 2021 and looked forward to the new Olympic season.
