Brian McGinn is a Emmy-nominated director, writer, and producer.
He is an Executive Producer of "Chef's Table", and co-created the
series "Street Food". He directed the acclaimed feature
documentary Amanda Knox. In this episode Brian and Chef have a

area, food chasing globally, and his impressive influence in the
