It was mid afternoon on May the 7th 1990, and Wendy Davis was
working at the Hollywood Hospital in Nedlands. 


She was at her desk, immersed in her work, when she heard a voice
behind her ask ‘is it okay if I use the toilet?’


Wendy swivelled in her chair and saw a young Telecom worker, all
of 20, 21 years old.


She nodded. A moment later Wendy felt a hand on her shoulder and
another hand over her mouth…
