Nachdem wir im ersten Teil der Doppel-Folge zum Thema „Mindset“
mit der kognitions- und sozialpsychologischen Sichtweise auf das
„Mindset“ beschäftigt haben, geht es nun weiter mit Mindset Teil
2


Hier betrachten wir das Mindset-Konzept aus Sicht der positiven
Psychologie, unter anderem am tollen Beispiel des Growth Mindset.


Und wir schlagen die Brücke zum Arbeitsalltag: Welche Vorteile
haben Unternehmen, wenn verschiedene Mindsets bei den
Mitarbeitenden vorherrschen? Und was ist vermutlich häufig
gemeint, wenn im Arbeitsalltag vom „Mindset“ gesprochen wir? Das
