Be wise Be Wild with Barry Austin

curiosity on cycling athletes.

As a UCI Diploma Coach with his particular interest in nurturing
and developing athlete engagement in their sporting environment,
his superpower sits on empowerment. 
And this is his credo: teach to empower. In this episode we can
learn a lot of what it means to listen before taking decisions.
