Kjell Phillips has always been on a quest to understand his
purpose in life. From a young age, he felt a deep calling for
something more, a belief that there was magic and meaning beyond
what was visible. This calling led him to seek answers and
ultimately find his path as a coach, helping others discover
their own purpose.





### Inspired by Mentorship





Living in Colorado Springs, Kjell had the unique opportunity to
be mentored by Vince and Mary Kramer. Moving from California to
Colorado on a leap of faith, Kjell embraced the guidance and
wisdom of his mentors. Vince Kramer, in particular, played a
significant role in Kjell’s development, offering profound
insights and training. Although Vince tragically passed away
recently, Kjell is committed to continuing his mentor’s legacy
and the impactful work they started together.





### Connecting and Inspiring Others





Kjell’s passion for connecting with people is evident in his
approach to coaching. He believes in the power of authentic
connections and expressive communication. By making people feel
comfortable and open to new perspectives, Kjell helps them see
themselves and the world differently. His mission is to change
perceptions and inspire individuals to embrace their unique
purpose.

Kjell possesses a diverse set of talents, including public
speaking, musical abilities, and a knack for organization.
However, his greatest gift lies in his ability to connect deeply

willingness to be vulnerable make him a unique and effective
coach.





### Goals for 2024





Looking ahead, Kjell aims to stabilize and grow the business he
co-manages with Mary Kramer. With the passing of Vince, they are
navigating new dynamics and responsibilities, but Kjell is
determined to step up and lead with confidence. His goals include
enhancing his presence on social media, expanding their programs,
and establishing a stronger influence in the coaching community.





### Embracing Visibility





Kjell is working on increasing his visibility across various
platforms. He has started sharing his insights through a series
called "Taxi Cab Perceptions," where he films himself discussing
thought-provoking topics while driving for Lyft and Uber. This
initiative is just the beginning, as Kjell plans to broaden his
reach and impact through more consistent and widespread content.





### Final Thoughts





Kjell’s message is clear: we all have a unique blueprint and
purpose. By listening to our inner calling and taking aligned
actions, we can create a fulfilling and meaningful life. Kjell’s
