I am Cathy Jo Boyd, but my friends call me CJ!


I am a former cafe owner turned women’s empowerment mentor. I
always used to introduce myself as JUST a wife, a Momma of 7, and
a former cafe owner…never realizing just how self-deprecating
that was! 


The loss of my cafe during pandemic, the dissolution of my
21-year marriage, and my youngest child leaving for the Air Force
all in a matter of 6 months was a pivotal moment in my
life. 


I could resolve to be just another statistic…OR I could choose to
create my identity aside from any past labels I had been given by
society or self- imposed! 


I chose to pivot and thus Queen By Design was born…my mission is
to help empower women to release their limiting beliefs about
their values, and remember who they are, enabling them to build
courage and self belief to accomplish anything they desire in
their lives !
