and Michael talk about project implementation, from idea to reality
in Sweden. Founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1999, We Group focuses
exclusively on swimming and wellness facilities within the
framework of architecture and engineering design. We spoke with CEO
Mille Örnmark, who has managed more than 100 bathhouse projects and
contributed to European standards, and COO August Örnmark, who
specializes in installation, project management and code
development. They gave us insights into the realization of projects
from concept to completion, market analysis, design and
construction, and talked about the Swedish swimming culture and the
architecture of bathhouses.
