Gail Rebuck, Member of the House of Lords and Group Creative
Coordinator at Bertelsmann. 


Gail Rebuck has worked for the Penguin Random House division in
London for many years and is Bertelsmann's Group Creative
Coordinator. In an interview with Isabelle Körner, she talks
about her work for the world's leading consumer publishing group,
her charitable commitment and the four new Creativity Principles
that Bertelsmann is now giving its employees as a compass for the
creation of creative content. This is the second time that Gail
Rebuck has been a guest of Isabelle Körner.
