#88 Warum bist Du “on the way to New Work”, Michael Trautmann?

Michael Trautmann ist Gründer der bekannten Werbeagentur
kempertrautmann, die später in Thjnk umbenannt wurde. Außerdem ist
er Co-Host des Podcasts „On the Way to New Work“ sowie Co-Autor des
gleichnamigen Buches. Heute beschäftigt sich Michael mit den
Fähigkeiten, die man benötigt, um „New Work“ erfolgreich zu
meistern, den sogenannten New-Work-Masterskills. Michael und Marco
sprechen nicht nur über das Thema „New Work“ oder darüber, ob
dieser Begriff bereits verwässert ist, sondern auch über Michaels
beruflichen Werdegang und warum das Thema für ihn so relevant
