Learn 3 different techniques for how to do the scorpion. The first
method is the traditional method of coming to headstand first. The
second method is to make scorpion arms and swing your feet up
against the wall. The third example is to turn around and with
scorpion arms walk your feet up the wall. After all techniques it
is best to return to child’s pose. This video is best for people
who already have a strong headstand practice. Recorded at Yoga
