Strengthen your back muscles with this variation of Purvotthasana -
Yoga inclined plane. Instead of supporting your weight on the hands
as in the basic Yoga posture, you put your weight on your forearms.
This strengthens your back muscles to a high degree. Especially
recommended if you can't do backward bends or can't put weight on
