This intermediate level demonstration of the sun salutations is
great for building strength and muscle awareness. The goal is to
go as slowly as possible through each of the 12 steps, focusing
on the breath and the muscles as you move between positions. Try
to go as slow as you can, even slowr than the demonstration if
