Continually developing ourselves as coaches - the who and the how

Jason Donkersgoed is the Director of LC Extension at Lethbridge
Polytechnic, where he is responsible for delivering non-credit,
customized and micro-credential courses. He was instrumental in
Lethbridge Polytechnic becoming the first post-secondary
institution in Alberta to offer an International Coaching
Federation (ICF)-accredited Level 1 program. He is an ICF
Associate Certified Coach with a Graduate Certificate in
Executive Coaching (2022) and a Master of Arts (2021) from Royal
Roads University in Victoria, B.C. Jason lives in Lethbridge,
Alberta Canada with his partner and three kids.
