We are back, back, back again with the english edition of "She
did it". For the final episode (or is it? ;-) ), Ariane is joined
by Yasemin Ilhan and Anke Rohfleisch to talk about what makes
EWMD so special for them.

Yasemin kicks the episode off by sharing insights from Turkey and
why it might just be a little bit more important that we support
women in leadership positions in Turkey. And EWMD Turkey is
thriving - also thanks to Yasemin who pulled out all the stops to
keep this chapter alive. While doing so, Yasemin got to
experience one of the core values of EWMD: unconditional support.
Whether on an individual level or from an organizational
perspective. She talks about all the help and support she
received from EWMD international to keep on fighting for the
turkish chapter and why she cherished this so much.

Supporting each other is also something which Anke experience
many times during her time at EWMD. Especially when she first
became treasurer of EWMD. During that time, she also experience
something else: While being demanding and stressful at times,
actively participating at EWMD is overall a lot of fun. The women
of EWMD love to laugh together and have fun while working for
more visibility for women in leadership. Moreover, Anke really
values the inspiring insights she got to collect from EWMD
events, keynotes or learning journeys and the ability to meet
best in class speakers or experts.

After nearly 40 stories, one thing becomes obvious: EWMD is not
like any other women's network. Because EWMD is just as diverse,
inspiring, powerful and independent as it's wonderful members.
Joint by a mission to fight for more visibility and more women in
leadership as well as compassion, empathy and support for each
other.
