Welcome to another solo episode of the Traumweberinnen Podcast!
My name is Manuela Maier and I am your host.
In this episode I'm talking about the cyclical nature of
life.
As someone who has tried every single trend to increase my
productivity and "uplevel" my life, like the "5am Club" and
various other ways of building strong habits I have finally found
the holy productivity grail and it's something I've always had:
my own natural rhythm aka cycle. By stopping the hormonal birth
control at the beginning of the year I was kind of forced to tune
into my body and pay attention to my natural cycles. I have also
made various other changes in my life in order to have a more
flexible time schedule, because I noticed last year that a
completely rigid work structure just simply isn't my vibe - and
my human design chart agrees. With more flow and ease in my life
I was able to get back into following the natural rhythm of my
body and my needs and as a result, my productivity has spiked.
Although, from the outside, it looks as if I was becoming more
and more lazy: sleeping in when I need to, working flexible
hours, creating content when I feel like it. But honestly:
allowing myself to flow has been the biggest game changer for my
productivity.
As a result, I also stopped feeling guilty for my own needs,
because I realized what a valuable part of myself they actually
are. I am stepping into a new era of being kind to myself and
loving myself. As a recovering people pleaser, I do it in baby
steps and micro acts, observing how I act and react in certain
situations, exposing myself when I'm unkind to myself, trying to
stand up FOR myself.
What is your journey with self-love, self-healing, and
self-acceptance? Let me know in the comments!
Find your purpose and heal yourself,
lots of love, Manu
