like how to not be stressed when so much is going on and you have
so many todos? I found that on the days where I felt the most
stressed, I was actually living in hte future with my thoughts
and worries. What hepls me in anxious times, is focusing on the
present moment, taking small steps and thinking positively.


We will cross the bridge when we get there, promised!
