Jonathan Miller on Urban Real Estate

Bloomberg Radio host Barry Ritholtz speaks with Jonathan Miller,
who is president, CEO and co-founder of the real-estate appraisal
and consulting firm Miller Samuel Inc. Miller, a state-certified
real-estate appraiser in New York and Connecticut, holds
Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and Certified Relocation
Professional (CRP) credentials, and is an adjunct associate
professor at Columbia University's graduate school of
architecture and planning.
