Bartlett, an American historian who specializes in supply-side
economics. Bartlett held senior policy roles in the Ronald Reagan
and George H.W. Bush administrations, and served on the staffs of
Representatives Jack Kemp and Ron Paul. He is the author of “The
Truth Matters: A Citizen's Guide to Separating Facts From Lies
and Stopping Fake News in Its Tracks.”
