Room Meditation part 2

Each breath occupies a different space. Breathe in all directions
of your body, to the head, to the arms, to the legs, into the
ground. The longer we practice, the more energy we take from the
ground, we give back to the ground.

The boundary between the earth and the body becomes blurred, we
have the feeling of floating, no longer feel the downside. The
energy within us increases, the concentration can be felt, in the
hands, the legs, the shoulders, elbows, the head. Feel the
energy, the radiance of the energy, a halo is created around us,
we breathe up, down, left and right.

Feel the boundaries of your body, first on the left side, then on
the right, feel the rays of your own energy.

The energy to the left radiates from all left parts of the body,
from the left ear, left shoulder, left torso, left waist, left
thigh, lower leg and foot, even from the left fingers and toes
energy flows to the left.

The energy to the front radiates from all the front parts of the
body, the nose and mouth, the chin, the chest, the abdomen, the
waist, the crotch, the front thighs, lower legs and feet, even
from the front fingers and toes energy flows to the front.

The energy to the right radiates from all the right parts of the
body, from the right ear, right shoulder, right torso, right
waist, right thigh, lower leg and foot, even from the right
fingers and toes energy flows to the right.

The energy to the back radiates from all the back parts of the
body, from the back of the head, the back of the neck, the back,
the waist, the buttocks, the back thighs, lower legs and feet,
even from the back fingers and the back part of the feet, energy
flows to the back.

Do you feel the energy, or some form of light? Imagine such an
energy field, what would such a "halo" have to be like?

Take in a little more space again with each breath, expand to the
left, to the front, to the right, to the back, what is the space
that suits you? Whether you are sitting in the living room, in
the car or on the locality, what is the space that suits you,
where should your skin be, where is it? Why is there a difference
here, what is preventing you from occupying the space that is
"right" for you?
