Healing "Yourself" Part 5
Well, you have come a long way with me, the subject of
"self-healing" seems to be close to your heart. There is also a
Buddhist component in the matter, in the philosophy of the great
teacher it was (and is) about the "awakening process", about the
goal of enlightenment, about liberation from suffering.
You have already achieved a lot now, my topic "self-healing" has
been going on for almost a week. But there were also moments this
week that had a high price. Struggling to see eye-to-eye with
your own ego, constantly nagging, wallowing in self-pity, that
makes the "waking up" process a painful one to embrace. Here you
don't hear the glad tidings of the "Kingdom of Heaven" where you
sit on a cloud and drink manna, no, this is about the process of
awakening.
Can you "accept" this process, accept it, see things as they
really are, not as you imagine them to be? Life is suffering, the
healing process is no exception, on the contrary, here the
suffering is intensified (for a certain time), the suffering is
made up for, brought out again, intensified.
Everything that we have repressed comes out, seeks a way out of
the buried psyche to the outside, just as the healing of the body
can cause pain, so it is with the healing of the mind. And it is
super complicated, which is why many people also "break" over
their own minds. The line between insanity and genius is fluid,
Buddha constantly warned his disciples against the antics of the
ego.
But you will grow from it, whether you succeed this time or not,
you will grow and grow. Take all the time in the world, make
peace with your ego, with your surroundings, and of course with
your karma. It is what it is, not what we wish it to be.
Again and again the ego will whisper something to you, the little
devil on your shoulder will babble at you all day, telling you
all kinds of things, what if? Why do I only have? Will I? Do I
have? Do I have to? Should I? Or better not? Coulda, woulda,
woulda. Take setbacks as constructive elements, not as defeats.
You are growing, it takes time, it doesn't happen overnight.
In the next few days, read the last part of the topic "healing
yourself".
The way is the goal!
If you associate with true people, you will understand the true
teaching
