Healing "Yourself" Part 4

So you want to heal yourself? After all, you're reading on a
Buddhist blog, so it's not "hopeless" for you yet.

When a survey asks people around the country what they think is
the most important quality in other people, the answer "honesty"
comes first. But all around us people lie until "the rind
cracks", why should we then be "honest" with ourselves?

I for my part also mean again and again that I am not "too fat".
In front of the mirror I automatically take a "favorable"
position, catch myself again and again as I pull in the belly, so
the little fibs begin with the own self, to the lie it is then
not too far. Who really wants to achieve something must be
"honest", otherwise the matter does not have the smallest chance
of success.

Everyone wants to live more and more consciously, to be mindful
in dealing with oneself and others. This starts with simple
honesty, not as we would like it to be, no, it is as it is, no
matter with which rose-colored glasses we want to see it.

If you continue to read here, then it is really time for
self-therapy, then it is your turn now, change yourself, show
with your further appearance that you have seen the truth, wear
the dress of change with joy, pride and indifference. Then
everything will also change for the better, because according to
Buddha there is no "better" or "worse", only the NOW and the
here.

Many things will come up in self-healing, many repressed things
will pave their way up, Buddhists are realists, not dreamers,
because life is at most the dream of a dream. If something seems
painful to you, even that is just a figment of your imagination,
nevertheless an energetic demeanor just makes you feel
attractive, my body feels attracted to positive "vibes". We are
just real people and not "reality stars", we cannot be chosen
HERE and NOW, or maybe we can?

With every DECISION we should decide anew, do not rely on
preconceived judgments (prejudices), never everything is as it
seems, do not hang your head. Show fighting spirit, but don't
make yourselves any more fools, but become healthy among the many
diseases. What a beautiful goal, and the way is the goal!
