Set positive anchors part 2
Positive anchors have an effect on our subconscious, similar to a
sign on the refrigerator, such an anchor brings the situation to
our attention (whenever the right moment comes).
You can imagine this as if you stumble over the same carpet
crease over and over again, being reminded to straighten the
carpet. Always in the same place, where the crease is.
We can also bring such affirmations with pictures into our mind
palace, for example when you get angry, then a very special
picture appears in front of your (inner) eye, which will (or at
least should) calm you down, small things that you link with
something in your mind. For example, in case you lose your
temper, then implement the image "take a deep breath" in your
mind palace.
If life seems difficult to you, make an anchor with the slogan
"The way is the goal", for example with the image of a small
Buddha in front of your eyes.
If you have a lot of work and sometimes feel little energy, then
set yourself an anchor in the future, such as the feeling of
having "made it", so instead of an image connect an emotion as an
anchor.
Or if you suffer from self-worth issues, then put an anchor on
your positive sides, like this: I am valuable, even if I am not
the best at every task, set yourself a positive emotion as an
anchor in case you doubt yourself again.
Also, you can decorate the objects of everyday life with your
favorite sayings or conscious guidelines, as an example I give
the refrigerator on which you stick a picture of the figure you
want.
Or why not have a tea or coffee mug made with one of your
"wishes", or with a clever phrase (that impresses you). Or a
cover for your cell phone made just for them, with a catchy
slogan on it that might have an impact on you.
For my part, I put a small sticker on the inside of my apartment
door on which I painted an exclamation point, it's to remind me
not to lose my cool no matter what happens to me "outside".
Or make one of your passwords (on your cell phone or PC) as an
anchor, like "in-the-rest-lies-the-power", or "always-smile", or
even "the-way-is-the-goal", good is also "Buddha-said".
Anyway, anchors are a positive support on the way, which is known
to be the goal!
