Perfektionismus und Zielerreichung bei HSP: Wenn die Angst vor dem Scheitern im Weg steht #69

Viele hochsensible Menschen stehen sich oft selbst im Weg, wenn
es darum geht, ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Der innere
Perfektionismus und die Angst vor Misserfolgen können wie
Blockaden wirken, die schwer zu überwinden sind. Indem du dir
kleinere Ziele setzt, Hindernisse vorher visualisierst,
Selbstmitgefühl übst und kleine Erfolge feierst, kannst du
lernen, dich von diesen inneren Hürden zu befreien.


Denke daran: Zielerreichung ist ein Prozess, und jeder kleine
Schritt zählt. Perfektion ist nicht das Ziel – dein Wachstum und
deine Entwicklung stehen im Vordergrund.
