Michael Hopf - from Bellboy to Concierge and on to General Manager.

Michael is General Manager at The Westin, Warsaw. I want to
understand what makes a hotel a special place for him and what
his first interactions with the hospitality industry were like.
Michael tells me how he experienced his vacation days as a young
hotelier and bellboy in luxury hotels in other countries in order
to expand his wealth of experience. We reflect on his eventful
time and career as a concierge in the best hotels in Europe, he
shares anecdotes of special guests and unusual requests and
reveals the lessons he took away from this time.
