Rufus the Solar Guard Dog (Encore)

Rufus, a pet and mascot of a solar installer, is dognapped out of
the installer's truck while on the job.  A chase ensues, but
we learn that the dog, the solar installer, and the dog napper
aren't quite what they seem.
