"Molweni" from South Africa. That means "hello" in isiXhosa.

Today I spoke to Dr. Mnqobi Ngubane about the big topic of "land
question" here in South Africa. Until today, about three quarters
of privately-owned land is in the hand of whites, who make up 8%
of the population. Only 4% of privately-held land is owned by
Blacks who are nearly 80% of South Africa's 60-million population
(source: Reuters 2025). It is obvious that there is a big
inequality about the ownership of land in South Africa. Together
with Dr. Ngubane I talked about possible solutions and also the
background for this kind of disparity.
