In today's episode, I have the opportunity to talk to
Prof. Dr. Torsten Körber, the Director of the
Institute for Energy Law and the holder of the chair for Civil
Law, Competition Law, Regulatory Law, and Law of the Digital
Economy of the University of Cologne. We are going to talk about
an important part of the energy transition: the heat transition
which is crucial for mitigating climate change by reducing
greenhouse gas emissions from the heating sector. In this
context, we are also going to touch on the available technologies
for the transition and the relationship between law and
economics. With this introduction complete, let's now turn our
attention to what my guest has to say.

The interview took place on 22 May 2024.
