contemporary conversations about kashrut, community, and recipes
from an international diaspora. Jewish food is a global cuisine
with strong common threads based on, amongst other things, dietary
restrictions and holiday observances, while embracing local food
availabilities and regional cooking techniques. This is what we are
going to explore together.
